HOMEMADE FRESH CURD / YOGURT




INGREDIENTS :

Warm fully boiled milk - 2 cups
Fresh curd (home made / store brought ) -- 5 tbsps

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1. Add 4 tbsps of fresh curd to the warm milk not hot milk  .
2. Leave it undisturbed and covered for 3-4 hrs during summer and few more hours during winter.
